Chorizo omelette. The poblano peppers and the creme on top was to die for! So tasty! The server was also outstanding! Will definitely be ordering that again!

Easily one of the best menu items I've ever had from anywhere. I was skeptical at first because I have tried others that is just a soggy mess… but this one was fire! I got half green/half red. Stayed crisp, well seasoned and salted, and add the chorizo! This was everything!

Huevos Avenue is the best breakfast spot in Boulder City that I wish we found sooner! This is one of my favorite dishes that i have tried! The breakfast potatoes are great and come with peppers and onions. The refried beans are also delicious and topped with coitja cheese. If i ever order something without beans, I order a side. Comes with your choice of corn or flour tortilla. I also add avocado. Always fills me up, with a little room left for a pancake!
